This company is a complete rip off. Lovely reviews for purchasing policies, 'oooh very helpful'etc etc. I'm only writing this review now as I have had experience of claiming though a different insurance company -Sainsburys (brilliant service). I was so depressed and exhausted from the claim with Perfect Pet I couldn't even be bothered to write a review:. But I'm ready now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY. THEY FIND EVERY POSSIBLE WAY TO NOT PAY OUT

Waiting time wasn’t too long, I spoke to Oli who was very polite, professional and helpful and he helped me with my query immediately.

Good fast telephone service.
Often my companies keep you waiting for along time before you get to speak to customer service person.
There is also an option to go on line.
Renewed my insurance within minutes with the customer advisor able to answer questions and had detailed knowledge about my policy and payment method.

I had an automatic renewal which was £55 more a month. Then a member of staff called and reduced it by£52 per month

Massively disappointed with this insurance. have a claim for just over £700, sadly my pet died so i no longer need insurance once this claim had gone through however because we are only a few months into this years premium, the outstanding cost of the yearly premium is charged in full and the premium costs more than the £700 claim and so it was cheaper to cancel the policy. Wish i hadn’t wasted £90 a month on this insurance.

Absolutely shocking I have a claim that's been going for a while and no one has kept in touch I have had 2 emails saying the same thing so I have emailed and called back about the history of my pet which I don't know due to him being an adoption and still got the same email and no reply to the same email and reply I gave again..... once I have had my money back I will be cancelling and moving on.

Very very pore this company perfect pet does not pay out. Be aware do not use this company.

If you do claim for the death or vet bills they don't pay out and take months to sort it out . My pet passed away early December , February they tell me we are not paying out.. be aware
